Re: Air Berlin files for insolvency as Etihad pulls funding plug
Very nice gesture indeed. But what about the thousands of Air Berlin passengers who have bought a ticket that's becoming worthless within a few days? Still no refund for them?
Same applies for the indemnity as per EU 261/2004: those legal obligations are also disregarded by the liquidators.
Re: Air Berlin files for insolvency as Etihad pulls funding plug
I don't know. The Niki planes I have seen in the Balearic islands this month were all in Air Berlin colours. Only the regitration was Austrian.

Also, this flight is empty so it has a lot more range than a fully loaded 330.
