FNJ to KWI with TU204 (JS 161) was also pretty odd but canceled since Oct 2016.

Wasn't there a Brazzaville-Kinshasa service at one time? Just a hop across the river.

I once booked FLL-CLT-MIA-SJU as a single ticket (and actually cheaper than the same MIA-SJU flight). The look of the check-in agent at FLL was priceless
