Update 1736Z : Going to North Sea to burn some fuel
Some problems with Ethiopian today saturday 10 of june. If I look @ Bru website 3 flights today....but I think there are only two : ET 2725 to VIE and Adis Abeba at 2PM...the second one at 8.10 PM same destinations for flight ET 725
OO-TCT = a Thomas Cook Airlines Belgium A320 is grounded at TFS Tenerife since Friday evening. Reason: a mishap during the pushback for HQ-1509 TFS-BRU. No spare aircraft is available, so passengers will only return home on Sunday.

OO-TCT flew TFS-BRU Tenerife-Brussels as HQ-1509 on Saturday evening: OO-TCT took off from TFS around 18h30 UTC, and landed in Brussels at 22h05 UTC. Midnight thus, local time. https://www.flightradar24.com/data/airc ... t/#db04ff3

Sunday 11 : SN flight to YYZ : canceled and monday same story ! Canceled ! AC could take over the line !
And, unless FR24 is wrong, SN357 (SFM) is returning home. Now above Avignon.
At 34,000 ft, no pressurisation problem, no bird strike I would think...Forgotten lunch trays?

SN551 never operates on Monday and SN 1451 is a non scheduled flight so probably cancelled due to A/C probs or something ..
SUNDAY : normal flight SN 551 to YYZ : Cancelled. New Schedule I suppose the next day > Monday
MONDAY : new and abnormal flight SN 1451 to YYZ : Cancelled again...I suppose all is OK for passengers !

It seems that same aircraft took off again to Kinshasa around 20h00 local (landing-back BRU-BRU was around 14h00 local). So probably they forgot more then just the lunch trays. https://www.flightradar24.com/data/airc ... fm#db5ad17

Weather radar had to be replaced. That operation should have been completed faster, but then crew time issues had to be resolved before the plane could take off with a new crew.
Just one more thing my colleague flew two times to Dakar this year and out of the 4 flights 3 where cancelled...
And it's not a joke.... come on Brussels Airlines you have to do something about this problem it can not be always profit profit and again profit.....
