(MAD-BRU = about 2 hours)

TUIfly TB503 left BRU right now, B767-300 EuroAtlantic Airways. Build in July 1993 (almost 24 years old) ... not real a Dreamliner experience for the pax.

Touch and goes, and quite a few of them. For crew training purposes, probably to get some more crew ready to fly the SN-ops.

Return from the Mediterranean was done at FL180. I'd guess to burn some more fuel in order not to have to hold (too long) to respect Max Landing Mass.
At the time of writing this post, it seems to be holding overhead KERKY.

This would frustrate me immensly as a crew member, not being able to deliver a trustable and concistent product.
