'old, older, oldest' is the correct form.
'Eldest' is derived from the word 'Elder' (meaning the oldest person in a group or family, and can only be used in this context.)

Elder, eldest can solely be used for people. In the sentence above, "oldest" is the only correct possibility.

Also, I think "elder" and "eldest" are considered archaic by some; for example the words must be rare in the US.
