Hi Blackhawk and everyone else who cares to want to know
Further checking on this finds it is the London LHR flight, the reason for the original EBBR destination on ACARS is that the aircraft is has an dispatch reclearance on route. IE, when the flight leaves it is very critical weight wise versus fuel carried on board therefore the flight departs with a destination of BRU with alternate of LHR (it's real destination), at point X the airline dispatch office will recalculate fuel versus weight and decide if there is the legal amount of fuel onboard and then reclear it to it's alternate airport. MU551 safely landed at LHR at 1920 LT.
It's good to watch though, because it's pretty standard practice on long haul flights and if the winds in the wrong direction, BRU gets a diversion,
Any questions just ask for clarification,
Rgds

Oh, they finally switched to the rwys 25 again for landing?
Does anyoine have an idea why I (living in Bonheiden near Mechelen, right where they intercept the rwy 20 ILS beam) had the luck to enjoy all those approaches to rwy 20 the last couple of days? Not just the winds I presume, they were pretty light ...
