And indeed, a subject of proud for Belgium, at light years from the lousy debate about Brussels noise in the profound silence of outer space.
The name Trappist is also so typically Belgian. A great discovery!

There are 6 trappist beers in Belgium: Achel, Chimay, Orval, Rochefort, Westmalle and Westvleteren. And to make #7 you can choose from either Holland (La Trappe and Zundert), Austria, Italy or even USA.
