As long as it doesn't cause any issues or slows down rescue I don't have a problem with that, it can be a benefit. Better they keep filming and moving than blocking aisles and taking all their luggage with them ;)

Bad weather ?
Decision to shoot the approach ?
Pilot error on the flare ?
Runway in use ?
Mechanical issue ?
Procedure error (i.e. crosswind limit allowed)
Met systems malfunction (wrong wind indication etc...)
etc...

One thing about incident/accident is that there's never one single cause...
