On Thursday 16th the president of Kyrgyzstan will visit EU institutions at Brussels and he will have a welcome meeting with Belgian PM Charles Michel at 10AM in the morning. Possibilities are 50/50 for an arrival either on Wednesday afternoon/evening as on Thursday morning. A/c will be Kyrgyzstan Airlines (Government) Tupolev Tu154M EX-00001.
