Yes, I just realised. Shame on me, indeed. At this (for me) very late hour, I managed to read it as "no significant weather". How could I ever distrust Belgocontrol

What's the matter with HQ1714 operated today (Saturday) by A320 OO-TCV?
Its normal itinerary is BRU-ACE-FNC-BRU.
Arriving near ACE, it was diverted to FUE. Acceptable due to strong wind at ACE!
After approximately 2 hr on the ground in FUE, it departed to ACE where it landed 3 hours late.
It continued to FNC and made up a small part of the delay (2 hr 40 min late).
And then suddenly, the last leg FNC-BRU was operated by a Condor A321 D-AIAE coming out of the blue (it flew SXF-TFS-STN the day before), with a delay of 5 hrs. It just arrived in BRU. And it will operate HQ1508 BRU-TFS this Sunday morning.
Does it mean that OO-TCV is stuck in Funchal?

90 minutes holding! Now BA plans a new fuel stop, this time in Gander
Re: Diversions from around the globe (medical, technical, ...) 2017
Is LCY - JFK via Shannon the standard schedule ?
Re: Diversions from around the globe (medical, technical, ...) 2017
'Oceanic clearance...' : I would think this should be given much earlier in the flight,no? even before take-off in SNN?To stay with BA, British Airways BA1 (A318, LCY-SNN-JFK) to New York is holding after a fuel stop at Shannon. Probably awaiting oceanic clearance...
Sorry my ignorance, but this seems weird to me...
Re: Diversions from around the globe (medical, technical, ...) 2017
... and also because the range of the A318 is not sufficient to fly LCY-JFK against the predominant headwinds.

They had to hold for more than one and a half hour (surely must have been something more than waiting for an Oceanic clearance??), to end up diverting to YYT

The Sun's map-story happened a week earlier.
The flight ending up in YYT for refueling, had some tech.issue.
