Thanks for sharing! I always had a feeling there was something fishy, but never guessed things could be so bad.
Only I cannot (as so often) avoid a bit of scepticism: if justice functioned so very poorly, where is the politician to create a fuss? There is a permanent animosity (to stay polite) between politics and justice in this country, a text like this would be perfect ammo for a major attack.
After all, it is no mean accusation to state that justice delayed things on purpose until it was too late for action. ("verjaring", not being into law I have no English translation)
