There is going to be a remake of the old book? I still have it laying around somewhere, a joy to take a look at!Hue wrote:Rackham, Magritte and Trident will be starring in a photoshoot wednesday 21/9 at 11AM in front of the Connector building. In brief (and in English): A Jetairfly flight from Zakynthos to Brussels has been delayed because of a drunk steward. During boarding a passenger observed that the steward was stumbling on the seats and stinking alcohol. The steward was removed from the flight, but then there were not enough flight attendants to care for all passengers (reminder: one flight attendant for 50 passengers maximum) Thus 11 passengers (did they ask for volunteers?) had to disembark; they were offered a night in a luxury hotel and got the legal compensation (250 euros?).tangolima wrote:Sorry only in Dutch

Should have leased an F50 from VLM!sn26567 wrote:A very special one. The Belgian Air Force A321 coming from Tokyo with the King on board was diverted!
After taking off from Tokyo at 10:15 local time this morning, it should have landed at Ulan Bator in Mongolia 4 hours later. But due to strong winds, the pilot started a go around at the last minute and finally diverted to Hohhot in the Chinese province of Inner Mongolia.
The royal plane was expected at BRU at 20:30 tonight. At best it will be hours late, that is if the pilots don't exceed the 14 hours duty limit. Otherwise it will be tomorrow.
The planned route Japan-Belgium had already two fuel stops: Tokyo (Japan) -> Ulaanbaatar (Mongolia) -> Ekatarinaburg (Russia) -> Brussels.sn26567 wrote:A very special one. Yep. The inventor of that superb 2014 tender is onboard: Pieter De Crem, minister of Defence. I bet that Philippe and Mathilde have asked him ten times already when the contract for this A321 (CS-TRJ) is over.sn26567 wrote:If the BAF had not switched its A330 for an A321, this wouldn't have happened!

You can expect next night or tomorrow morning another SN flight to bring the Anderlecht players back home.
