Yes FR24 individual data may not be accurate but the trend in Gnd Speed may indicate the effect of gusts and possibly an attempted GA.
LIME/BGY has a 2800-m runway.

Seems to be a very close call. Good that no one got hurt in this.

I suppose the gear has been ripped off when passing through the airport perimeter fence, the highway concrete New Jerseys.
The LOC of RWY28 has been hit as well.

It was a plane of Belgian-owned ASL Airlines Hungary: Boeing 737-400 HA-FAX, operating flight QY7332 (CDG-BGY) on behalf of DHL which overran the runway due to poor meteorological conditions and stopped on a road where, fortunately, there was no traffic early in the morning.

Indeed. ASL Aviation Group, the parent of the six ASL Airlines companies (Ireland, France, Hungary, Switzerland, Belgium, Spain), is based in Ireland (probably for fiscal reasons...), but belongs at 51% to Compagnie Maritime Belge and at 49% to 3P Air Freighters/Petercam S.A. More Belgian than that, you die!

The airport reopened. Many flights were cancelled or diverted, but the Ryanair flight from Charleroi took off (and arrived) one hour late.

On Feb 8th 2017 the wreckage, that had just been moved off the road but was still at the accident site, was to be finally transported off. While workers prepared the aircraft for the transport, a fire broke out causing a large response by fire services, who managed to extinguish the fire. The fire was started by sparks that were released while the aircraft was cut up for transport.
