I got the flak from VC10 this morning Firstly I had forgotten it was Mother's Day and had not put her card and presents on the side board last night, and now she thinks I regard her as a "fossil in waiting" because I said that even she is not as old as Andre - the forum's resident fossil
Sabena and Sobelair - gone but never forgotten.

I have an age that gives me the wisdom and science to moderate all of you.
And don't forget that fossils produce oil that served to illuminate all of you. My airline experience extends far beyond any of you can claim.
For my age and birthday, you can guess, or search the Internet, or even Luchtzak...

Hi Meerkat, A Virgo talking.meerkat wrote:I can't claim to be the oldest Luchtzakker as I know Andre is older than me, but I started spotting in 1964 whilst in my first year at secondary school, so you can make a guess!
I am a Scorpio. Meerkat
Considering I'am born somewhere in your era in Belgium, and I am in Doi Saket in Thailand now, where the year is 2547, I repeat the date of today : March 26, 2547, I must be about 600years old next Sep 17.
I guess nobody beats that!!!
PS. You can always check that date by yourself: Show Thai date
Or 'simpeler': Thai Dates
The dates found on many old buildings, newspaper, banknotes, letterstamps accord to the birthdate of the Buddha in 543 B.C.
To calculate the Roman date, subtract 543 from the Thai date i.e.
2547 - 543 = A.D. 2004. ( He, what a coincidence?)
Thailand is +7 hours GMT. So if you read this Tuesday after 18:00 in Belgium, then it is here already Wednesday.
There is no daylight saving time.
This and other things you'll find on that website.
