Hello,
On thursday the japanese prime minister will be in brussels for talks with EU presidency.
Aircraft will be one of the usual 747-400's as JF001, inbound from paris Orly. A/c arrives in paris on the evening of the 2nd so expect it at BRU on 3th.
Shinzo Abe is due at EU hq 17:30L.
