They had no choice, the roaming cost is decrasing again end of this month.
With free wifi they can at least push a few ads and steal personal data indeed...

Well, the large number of transfer pax from Africa & the US, or any other non EU country can't really do much with the free intra EU roaming. So for them this is a good (albeit very late) thing.
