this is a special day for all of us

sn26567 has been promoted to Boeing 747-member and Avro to Airbus 330-member !!

Congratulations guys! The tradition is that the one who gets promoted to a Boeing 747-member has to pay a drink to all the luchtzak-members

(1471 and counting)

Seriously, the Sabena B747-100 (OO-SGA and OO-SGB) was a very fine plane, especially the top lounge where I could once enjoy unlimited drinks and cigars

(Yes, genuine Cuban cigars

: at that time smoking was allowed and Sabena even offered free cigars) when I was upgraded from C to F.

, I have only Diners, and even a very special one: it has the SN Brussels Airlines logo on it.

I'll use it on the upcoming flight to Nice, if you accept it by that time
