Otherwise they are losing their time IMO and it's more a MOL style of communicating to get some attention and/or to get some competitive figures right.
Maybe they are targetting India and the Far East. And maybe they have already a LOI for an initial order from that area...I wonder which airline(s) would be interested in a 28" seat pitch...
