I agree: the socio-demographic composition of the catchment area around ostend makes that the airport is a goldmine for jetair and as a consequence for its airline, although I doubt its appeal is reproducible beyond the Spanish Costa's or its isles in the Mediterranean and off the coast of Africa, so it will always remain just a niche, one that is hard to take benefit from is you lack the correct and direct market penetration.
A similar phenomenon can be detected at Antwerp too to a certain extend if you look at which destinations jetair is having most success on (and which they drop).
