Since the 'delay' message with 'only' 3hrs on Brussels airport website ... is it actually already confirmed airborne?
You might find this a stupid question but it's not necessarily so that BRU website is 100% accurate so ..

Can't find him on FR24, Planefinder nor Flightaware, possibly this one is untrackable, or he didn't even left CAI in the first place.
