Belgian National Holiday 21st of July, fly-over of Brussels

Post by flieger »

Hi, next Tuesday, as usual, military jets and helicopters (and propeller engined trainers and transport planes) will again fly over Brussels.
Anyone already has a list of those that will join the "aerial parade"? And timings??

Thanks!!

As I wrote above, one Embraer 121 Xingu of the French Air Force.

You should also note the absence of an A400M...

Hi,

So the VIP transport and mass troop transport planes are all suspended from the fly-over?
the BAF ones...
If this government is suspending them of the financial balance, better one F16 instead of formations.... haha

Thanks everyone for their replies...

So it is sure that the A321, Embraers, Falcon, so let's say none of the transport/ VIP flight takes part?

Strange...

Well instead of a rehearsal it looked more like a "I will go alone and tell you how it was".
No formation per se.

Just time to grab the camera and as my office is located a bit North of their flight path, i.e. with the sun "against", I can hardly be too proud of my pics.

Anyhow, just to share :

Hope for the A109 driver that the pigeon didn't overtake him. ;)

Only the leaders are flying the rehearsals and this since years ago !

But I have to add the flying display is really poor this year.

I guess the NH90 was the MTH version and not the NFH one.
