Though nothing beats laughing at the Liege team when they lose or go down in the league positions!

Chris - are you familiar with the concept of the wind up? It means doing or saying something because you know it will cause a reaction from someone else. If, for example, you know that someone follows a certain football team, whenever that team loses you "wind them up" about it, it's the done thing over here in England among people who support different teams (without the gross hostility that breeds hooliganism in sport).Avro wrote:I don't understand you Louise !! I agree that you support a team, but why wishing that other teams constantly looseComet wrote:

Hi all,
today 20/03/2004 KV Mechelen beat Bornem 6-3 !! I was a visitor of that incredible game! Here's the scoreline:
0-1 (7th min)
1-1 (10th min)
2-1 and 3-1 first half
then
4-1 4-2 5-2 5-3 and 6-3 (excellent 20m free-kick)
So I saw 9 goals for the price of 8 €!!
How did your weekend turned out? Saw that Standard Liège only drawed 1-1? Problems with the referee again ?
greetz,
