Nice pics, I went to tenerife a few years ago and remember passing at TFN! It has a very nice location!

However very sad to think this was the location of te biggest disaster ever in aviation history...

Thanks for nice report, brusselsairport/air mauritius (what a long and double name!).

Reminds me my own holidays in Tenerife, flying from GVA to TFS with a Balair/CTA MD83 once, with a Crossair MD83 the other time.

And also my excursion from TFN to Santa Cruz de La Palma with a Binter ATR. That was 10 years ago...

A Turkish airliner to fly between Brussels and Tenerife? That's weird!

My first ever flight was to Tenerife North from Gatwick with British Airtours in a Boeing 707 (read report here https://www.aviation24.be/postt1841.html). I was four years old at the time, and I had just started out in the spotting trade  We took a trip from Tenerife to El Aiiun, and had a stop in Las Palmas because of fog at our final destination, where I managed to get in an extra bit of spotting! They were my only flights on Iberia, but I enjoyed them as well. (They were operated by DC-9).
Sabena and Sobelair - gone but never forgotten.
