SN Brussels Airlines goes opendoor on 5th of October 2003

Hello,

I have a scoop !!

SN Brussels Airlines will go opendoor on the 5th of October!! I have added this special event in the Events-calender

What will you see? You will have the opportunity to watch an Avro RJ and an Airbus 319 from outside and inside! Furthermore you will see a few engines and the technical department. You will also have the opportunity to do some flights above Belgium 8) But you should leave it for children, elderly, handsome ladies and people that never flew before

Furthermore you are invited to visit the Corporate Village, you will see my office

hmmm I meant the crewroom

, all the other offices, flightdispatch, flight operations, a lot of other offices and so on....

Be prepared because last time at DAT a few years ago we had 25.000 visitors, you should come early!

Anyway I will ask if I can do the flights or something else or I will be just present.

Just reserve the 5th of October.

Excellent, really fantastic!!

Bart,

It would be nice if all our members could be there wearing all a "Luchtzak" T-shirt to recognize eachother.

The second spotters meeting would be fine too to meet, but "unfortunately" I won't be in Belgium at that time. I'll be on air show tour in the USA as crew member on the B24 / B29 aircraft of the CAF.

Thanks for this excellent news, Bart! I'll be there, that's for sure.

To fly on board of an aircraft that day I'll just consider myself as an 'elderly child' if that's OK with you guys.

It sure would be nice to do a flight with all of the people we know over here, and our beloved administrator working for free LOL.

I will talk with the responsible to do something special but I'm not promissing anything...

Frederic, your permission for VIP-badge and visit to the CEO-offices are not granted

but a limousine is possible for you if you pay it on your own

!!

Chris AVRO, jumpseats are for cabin crew, not for joyrides

Anyway you can sit on it for a while during the flight
