Tec4Jets is in the process of becoming the maintenance base for most, if not all, of the 787 fleet within TUI.
Expect a LOT more TUI 787s at BRU on the coming years.

Correct, TUI Travel plc chose Brussels for their Goldcare centre which will maintain the 787's of the TUI group, afaik the Thomson 787's are currently maintained by Monarch in the UK, don't know if that will stay so or not. According to some old press release it seems that TUI opted to build one Goldcare centre to perform all A,B,C and D checks on it's 787's (and other interested parties). However it seems that due to geographical reasons Monarch was chosen (for now) to provide maintenance for the Thomson 787's.

But yes, since there aren't that many Goldcare centres (yet) it's possible other 787's will frequent BRU...
