Does anybody know when the Holland Exel planes are getting their new livery? I've noticed that the flightnumbers for instance on the 31st of March already show HXL instead of the old HNL flightnumbers.

It would not give me a "warm" feeling when I see a Air Holland airplane at the gate when I'm about to board the aircraft.

In March is the offical press presentation, so i think before that at least one plane will be repainted.

@ the moment i work at maastricht airport, Hollandexel are my neighbours, so when i see a white air holland plane @ the paintshop in Maastricht, i will send you a mail...

Beste,

Best regards,

hold him tight !!

Dear Thomas Cook,

Is kiezen voor een Hollandse partner, met Hollandse cockpit en cabin crew de manier om de Belgische luchtvaart sector er weer boven op te helpen ????
Genoeg B-767 ervaring aanwezig in Belgie dacht ik.

Normaly I respect the rules to use the English language, but if TC want to express himself in Dutch, I'll do the same.
Keep 'Em Flying !!

Hey Twan,

Don`t like the dutch peolple at all? The raison is that there flying under the license of HollandExel.... what means HollandExel crew

But at the moment they are training Belgium crew, soww in a short period off time, there will a belgiumcrew on the planes.

But don`t forget, BelgiumExel is a daughter of HollandExel / Exel Aviation group, so it wil allway`s be Dutch....

To TC

What do you mean with the range of the B757?

The 757 has a extreme long range for that kind of plane, also very extreem performance, in the us they say : 757sportscar

Air Holland flown to Perth ( Australia ) with the b757, just 1 stop, like the 747 or a340-300 does......

What do you mean with the range of the B757?
After the SLR bancrupcy they used the 757 of condor sometimes for some long haul routes, but then with a stop in betweeen to refuel, if i'm not mistaking. So they mean exactly what they said: they searched for a solution, not needing a refueling stop anymore. And now they found a solutin, in the form of Belgium Exel.

But hey, give Belgium Exel some time to get the necessary people (Belgians in this case). Belgium Exel is already operating after 5 weeks, so it isn't a surprise that for the moment they still use the licence and so on of air holland. By the way, i read on this site that already 30 people are recruted (= belgians) and that already now the main part of the cabin crew are belgians. I don't know if these things that i read are true, but i tend to believe so. So hey, give that company some time.

greets,

Pieter
