It is really becoming annoying to see that 1 topic out of 2 is becoming a fight between the same few members...

I fully agree!

My 2 cents on what happened:

If I was a handling agent on a contract with an airline that treats me like a true partner, then I would probably be inclined to extend a certain amount of courtesy when one of their plane lands after the night curfew. I would contractually not be binded to handle the flight, but in order to maintain good relationships (and generate some extra revenue), I would probably go ahead and simply handle the flight.
However, if in a business relationship I have the feeling like a squeezed melen, simply based on the market power of a dominant customer, then I would probably apply occasional 'stiptheidsacties' when contractual agreements are not respected. For instance: a plane lands after night curfew...not my problem!

Just my 2 cents on what "might" have happened

And small disclaimer: in no way am I implying that this is what happened. It is simply how I would react and I consider it a viable scenario.
