Flights to Jamaica are either with Martinair from AMS, or with Air Jamaica via LHR, so no Air Jamaica A340 at BRU
From March there will be direct flights from BRU but only on monday.
A woman that works with Tui told me that would do the flights with a plane from Tui. :?
Could that be a Brittania B767? They are also painted in Tui colors, I believe.

I've been informed that Belgium Exel would be "operational" from Februari 24 on from its base in Brussels. Touch and go's could fall under this umbrella.
Tomorrow or so will try to check the schedule of that day.

Maybe, because the ex-SLR people where the only one to have a good experience on the B767

Cabin Crew training starts on Monday, Feb 23 in Brussels...

I doubt they'll be ready to start on the next day 8O
First flights will then probably have all-Dutch crews,
or rather all-ex-airHolland crews as it seems they had quite a few
Flemish FA's...

Btw did any Luchtzak member manage to get a job with BelgiumExel??

If so, FOA Congratulations!!!! :)
And then, plz remember to inform fellow members... Thks

LOLOL yes i know.

This summer i was on a Dutchbird plane operating For Thomas Cook Belgium, and the pilot did his announcment in Dutch, and then after that he said that he couldnt speak frensh so he would make the announcment for the frensh speaking people in English. But i think a lot of them don't understand very good english (exept for the ones here on Luchtzak of course) - HA (no offence!)

I am an Air Holland employee and i can confirm that the aircraft for brussels will be the PH-ahy, the good one. This weekend we'll see the arrival of the PH-ahq. The first flight should be on March 24th to Varadero - Cancun.

PH-AHY arrived in Maastricht today for a paintjob. The plane will receive the Exel colours so this would be great.

Normally e few days.
First the old paint needs to be removed before the painting can start.
I think the plane will come out on Monday or Tuesday.
