SAS is operating its final MD80 flight this afternoon from CPH to OSL.

Had the pleasure to fly with one of the last SAS MD's 2 weeks ago from VNO to CPH, as always in the past it was a very positive and comfortable experience - I will miss those aircraft …

Here is a small report of the last flights of Scandinavian's MDs today in Copenhagen. The last commercial flight was a charter sightseeing flight over Denmark. Passengers have been picked up with a competition on Facebook.

1. The sightseeing flight made a lowpass over RWY30

3. And then its last landing on the Danish soil (also RWY30). In the background, the bridge linking Denmark to Sweden (Øresund Bridge)
