It came from White Waltham. HB-HOT was there for a few days to do some Rimowa promotion.

Hi,
Guess I won't be offered the steering wheel indeed...
But luckily we all can enjoy aviation on our own way ...
Would love to fly an aircraft myself but an other virus of me sends me out to see and explore the world..
One virus can't compete with the other due to the wallet who rules the world so They joined a partnership..
I'll fly oldtimers, new and special planes and they bring me to parts of the world..
On the other hand I take a seat in the back...
Everyone must set his priorities...
Guess flying ultralights yourself won't give you much opportunities to explore more and fly specials ones..
Altough I hope you can, but the most members on this forum or not so rich they can explore all they want..
at least I'm not...
Greetz,
packing my backpack for some sitting in the back of Jetstreams and saabs and some hikes in Sweden...

Yes , of course, sure, we all set our own priorities, and pick our goals according to budget. You may be quite sure my dream is far loftier than to fly a frilly tube-and-rag microlight, but I have my budget limits just like most of us.
My point was only semantic: I have no problem with you sitting in the back of whatever aeroplane, and enjoying it - all the contrary! Haven't I always said "to each their own" ? But you shouldn't claim you are flying Tante Ju when you are a mere passenger.
You ride a horse / you drive a car / you steer a ship / you fly a plane when you are in control.
You wouldn't say you've driven a Lamborghini when you only sat in it, would you?
