(Dear mods, someone has hacked my Flanker account. It's very funny.)
Well if they're reading, they better read this: their server is down and customers trying to go to their website get an error.
Welcome to amateur land.
Following error codes:
Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.
Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".
Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.
Warning! This is not a positive comment!
It is refreshing to see some of us on this forum trying to do SN's job whilst SN itself obviously couldn't care less about its website.
About the website, it's indeed not updated like it should (especialy the 'non-commercial' website where they show their partner airlines and things like that)... Tough they should care about certain pages more (especially that Tegel/Brandenburg issue), I suppose they are much more bussy on getting the new website done. BUT that's not an excuse for certain errors, warnings and outdated information on their current website of course.
Btw, I heard from more people the website was down...but I could reach it during all times, it was only slightly slower then normal to load the homepage...
I tried to book a ticket to Geneva last Friday on b.air's web site. I managed to select the flights and see the fare, but when going to the next step, I always got an error message back asking me to try again. After several attempts during the day, I gave up. At the end of the day, I went on Swiss's web site, found the same flights (operated by SN) for some 5 euros less than on b.air's web site for SN operated flights and could book easily on line in a few minutes
Conclusion ?
I had the same problem some month ago for a flight to Malpensa, I gived up and went with EZY, this website is a pity, and SN is losing some PAX because of it
I am interested in booking a flight BRU-olbia. On the brussels airlines website it is indicated as being a destination , but when looking for flights , there are none available. Does anyone know WHEN brussels airlines decides to have flights available?

Just go with JAF. Their website works fine, their service is better and you'll fly brand new planes
But to be on topic, the Brussels Airlines website is indeed a piece of crap. Its design is nice but it's not user friendly at all.

Olbia is operated by LH via MUC. I think it's only in summer season. Tried to book a ticket and it works perfectly.
GVA is also working perfectly also and very cheap btw
@JAF737: Problem with JetairFly is that you don't know if there is a pilot at the controls or someone from television (graptjen)
I'm not going to discuss the service provided by JAF, but I doubt It's better than Bru Air's.
