IL-76 was originally expected to depart the 28th at 9AM local time.
No idea if that is still the planning but I'm getting reports from fellow spotters that went to see it in the afternoon and didn't see it arriving yet.
So if there is anyone who can confirm that it did land indeed and if it's the exected IL76TD of the Congo Brazaville Government or another one (other speculation was that it was going to be one of Volga Dnepr's new IL76)?
