Airbus says it is working with Engine Alliance and Emirates to determine the cause of the A380 engine incident.

They better hurry up, because two days earlier, another Emirates A380 had an incident between Dubai and New York JFK while flying over Slovakia. One engine had to be shut and the plane landed in Paris CDG. Passengers arrived in JFK on board of another A380 with 12 hours delay.
