Seems there is a wildcat strike at Brussels Airport by the luggage handling of Swissport.

It was also available in French on http://www.7sur7.be/7s7/fr/1536/Economi ... wGblRnnALQ

Incident from Wednesday (19th Sept 2012):

From The Aviation Herald: "... Vueling VY-8988 (A320) from Barcelona to Brussels was climbing through FL230 when the crew declared PAN requesting to return to Barcelona reporting that after takeoff they "hit something really really heavy and the aircraft moved a lot".

Squawk 7700 (emergency): BEL41T (SN3604) from Marseille to Brussels (SN Avro RJ100 OO-DWK). Flew at low altitude (FL120 then FL80) for more than half of the distance; it looks like a cabin pressurisation problem.

SN 1371 (Douala - Brussels) and SN 357 (Brussels - Kinshasa) are cancelled.
Is something wrong with an A330?

Duke

There was a power problem at Charleroi this afternoon. Between 16h45 and 18h00, power to the runway lights broke down, causing two cancellations and four deviations to LGG.
