It is almost depressing that a positive report receives more FLAK than a negative one.Bralo20 wrote:Apparently according to folks on airliners.net and flyertalk.com my report read a bit to much like an advertisement for Brussels Airlines, which in the end I can agree to. I should have written it different but also in the end, I stand by everything in my report.

SN's service in Business class is good and that's already the case for years. As always certain crew members like their work/pax more than others.
Just found another nice trip report of SN's long haul (DLA-FIH-BRU), it's already from early 2010, but apperently their service is still the same or even better, with the biggest difference that their seats/cabin is now also really nice.

I must agree, the crew on SN and the service on board, especially on long haul, is something the company can be proud off. Thus far, the best meal I've had in C was on board an SN plane, with EY being a close second. With their new seats, they really have a superior product, I do hope more passengers notice this.

On my flight last friday (SN501), a Belgian white wine from Genoelselderen was on the list. I stayed with the Chablis insteadWC_EEND wrote: Now, as the Belgian airline, I was secretly hoping SN would serve some Belgian white wine (the one from "De Limburg" whose name slipped my mind) in C too.
