Much has been said on the trip reports posted here (X-tra thanks for the high quality of these) and I do share most of them ...
I was very impressed with the load factors of the flights (BRU-JFK on June 1 = about 90% and BRU-JFK June 5 = about 75%). I hope brussels airlines will continue and perform further...

The last I heard about it was that the yields are above expectations, but that was even before the flights started, about a month ago I think. So I have no idea about the current situation...

Brussels Airlines got the Entrepeneurship Award 2012 of the Belgian American Chamber of Commerce for the succesfull launch of the daily BRU-JFK flights. Thanks to this succesfull launch, SN promoted the trading relationships between Belgium and the US. The economical power of SN in the US increased seriously since the start of these flights to JFK and as they did this in the current difficult economy, it shows entrepeneurship of SN.
