I honestly never ever thought I would be thinking about a new & different future and I wonder how many of us are thinking the same?
The loss of pension (money), loss of extra overtime pay (who believes this new system will last for more then a few years??), the uncertain future, the loss of pay to come in the beyond plan, the always rising productivity, loss of nightflight pay to come, the never ever ending stream of bad news, the daily battle of getting your roster & annual leaves correctly & on time.
One wonders some times if the benefits still counter the mishaps...
I heard the last Quatar roadshow got 50 pilots to ask for their recommendation letter. Ok, let it be 30 pilots.
Next is the Emirates roadshow in AMS by the end of the month. Are there many SN pilots thinking the same way, considering all options as they lowered their treshold to 3500hrs jet above 30tons?
