Some figures:
SN Brussels Airlines' year 2003 loadfactor was about 57.6%, with a (in my modest opinion) not so bad year-ending loadfactor of 59.4% for the month of December. I leave the comparison to 2002 to you, but it's quite useless I think, knowing that the figures of 2002 aren't really representative (start up operations).
SN Brussels Airlines' 2003 punctuality: SN BA still remains in the top 4 when it comes to % on time arrivals (88.7%, 4th) and departures (91.7%, 3rd).
SN Brussels Airlines' 2003 missing baggage: just within the top 10 of best performing airlines of the AEA-group. rank 9 with an average of 9.1 bags missing per 1000 pax.
Let's see what the SN BA's 2003 annual report will tell us about these figures: net loss/profit?; bright future ahead or still a dark overcast sky?; further growth in passenger numbers and load factors, or a stabilisation?
2004 will certainly be an interesting year for SN BA!
Cheers,
fred
