Since this Sunday there will be an extraordinary EU-summit (for Sundays) and as they expect fine weather, I was planning to go see some arrivals of that in hoping to catch some special machines, since I actually never had the luck before to go out spotting on such a top I would like to win some information about that here if possible, because for instance I have no idea how they plan their arrivals, the morning itself, or the evening before. Because I'm planning to go Sunday morning in the hope they still have to arrive (don't exactly know how late on the morning they start the top so ...) , if anyone has more experience with this kind of meetings and their head of state's arrivals and who cares to share this info with me, would be highly appreciated
Thanks in advance and maybe sunday at the 25R then
Regards, Yannick

Reason:Title corrected
There is a "pre-meeting" in Brussels as we speak so I guess most of the "special" planes are already at BRU? Also yesterday there was allready a "pre-meeting" taking place.
Generally, if the meeting is planned to start in the second half of the morning (11:00 for example), the arrivals happen like that (IMO, so don't hesitate to correct me if necessary):
- Evening before: 1/3
- Morning of the summit: 2/3
But as I said it depends on the schedule of the first meeting. Last year in June I saw planes arriving until 10:30, but a few months ago I didn't see any planes in the morning of the meeting...
