If it does, it's gotta be quick... the plane will be ferried over end of the month already if all goes to plan.

Hello,

According to my info the plane is planned to be delivered 01/05/2011 :?

But that can be changed off course.

Greetings,
All my posted timings are local !

Then the date has been changed again...

Could very well be, since the contractors hired for to fly for Korongo (in the absence of volunteers from SN), have only just started their line training, so end of the month would have been really tight any how.

Nevertheless the route for delivery is going to be BRU-DJE-DLA-FBM.

Two weeks ago I spoke to an SN 737 pilot who said he volunteered...

Korongo already member of IATA !
Why are the Korongo aircraft marked "operated by Brussels Airlines" ?
Is it just when they are operated on a few European flights prior to departure for the RDC, or is it to remain so even in Congo ?

There is something wrong with the bird on the fuselage, after the Korongo title: it flies to the rear! The bird on the tail, at least, flies forward, as it should.

don't see anything wrong with that. Isn't that the same on the Bae 146?
*edit* I just checked with the paint scheme. On the LH side of the fuselage the bird is behind Korongo facing aft.
On the RH side of the fuselage the bird is in front of Korongo facing fwd
