with the new Recaro seats? If it had its C-check, I guess it means Papa will stay in the fleet for some time then...

Dear All,

Any idea about the final choice deadline regarding the medium haul fleet renewal?

Cheers...

Is OO-DJK still scheduled to leave for Bacau on Monday? Does anyone know what its last scheduled service was (or will be)?

on skyliner, it says that D-ALTD has been ferried to DUB for a SN paint job. This A320 will become OO-SNB

DJK is scheduled to leave Brussels at 8.30 on monday for Bacau, and will apparently NOT return to Brussels anymore afterwards. So say goodbye to the first RJ leaving people :)

hello guys,

*rumours*

End of this week the board might decide over extra routes (AMS, LCY,..). If not, the 4 Airbus will replace 4 Avro's.

enjoy the weekend

Please guys, this topic is about SN's narrowbody replacement, not about future destinations and certainly not about feeder flights. Open a new topic for that subject.

I could not have said better!

The posts have been transferred to new topic: "New destinations for Brussels Airlines?"

Has OO-DJK left SN's fleet already? If yes where is he now: Brussels, Bacau,...?

And when will be the first flight of the first 'new' A319?

Yes I've seen that too, but I would like to know where the aircraft is now and if it is still in BRU when it will leave.

AFAIK OO-DJK was ferried to BCM as BEL9911 some days ago for phase out check (it is the oldest Avro in the fleet, normally). I don't think we will see him back again flying in commercial service for SN.

Ok thanks. I know this was planned but I didn't find any proves that he actually left. So we can say this is the actuall start of the slowly phase out of the RJ fleet. :D

I can also confirm that OO-DJK left the fleet. He's in BCM for now and will "normally" not return to SN but go back to the leasing company. OO-SSQ is planned the first week of march, maybe even the second, depending on the amount of work and time to make it ready. Busy days at H117 ;) And for OO-SNA you will even need a little more patient I guess :)
