Re: BRU 09/01/2011
This morning, The Delta flight Brussels-Atlanta has been cancelled. It seems also the one of tomorrow and the day after.
My uncle and aunt who live in the States (Savannah, so no direct connection with Brussels) were supposed to return there, using this morning's flight. After the cancellation, they managed to return to the US via Chicago.
I'm wondering what the reason for the cancellation might be. When they came to Belgium, about 2 weeks ago (no issues with snow at that point) their Brussels inbound flight was also cancelled, that time due to a technical issue on the Delta plane. They arrived the next day.
Anyone any ideas? It seems there really is something going on at Delta Airlines.

Any idea why Avro RJ85 SN2372 has been cancelled ex-Vilnius today?

Thanks Outsync !! Nice machine !!
Re: BRU 09/01/2011
Just a wild guess: the outbound flight never reached Vilnius and landed at Warsaw from some reason. Currently an Avro RJ85 OO-DJY is flying from Warsaw to Brussels under flight number SN/BEL 9912.sn26567 wrote:Any idea why Avro RJ85 SN2372 has been cancelled ex-Vilnius today?

Vilnius has an ILS, but is CAT 1 only, so the above WX is to be called marginal, especially with the vertical vis of just 100 meters.
