Yes, it is on http://www.belgocontrol.be I daresay that is where Polaris copied the above from, too.
Some pages are freely accessible, but ISTR the ATIS info requires a password.
This can be requested for free at belgocontrol, the e-adress must be on the site somewhere.

Affirm on that one! Just go to the AIS-Meteo briefing page of belgocontrol. Where you normally login to access furter info you can also register yourself.
Once accepted you can use the information to prepare your flight. Or, as I did, to copy and paste on a messageboard...
