Oops I have done it again. I chased away again a member.
When facts come to the surface the toy gets thrown out of the pram. ( enjoy the website where I found that expression )
So a member leaves because a first hand witness and customer gave her statement ( in her own name btw !) which goes against what he has heard from his colleagues, of the same company.
I do also read what former Ryanair staff thinks about Ryanair. http://www.itfglobal.org/campaigns/messageboard.cfm

Oh yes because I really believe what a passenger says. hahaha, what a joke. Thrust me, I have pictures of what the aircraft looks like now, quite a lot of damage that people can do with sitting on their butt
And what my former colleagues think I don't care about. I've been long enough in this company to know how it works and I have no problems with it.
You must be real proud now, don't you work then? Get a life, I'm gonna fly an aircraft now. Ciao !
so dear members, you just got the proof how senior ( 8years already !) Ryanair personell thinks about its customers.
Thank you for the openess and enjoy your flight.

Excuse me????? Don't put words into my mouth!!! I have the highest regard for my passengers, just not for the criminal ones!!
As for you? I don't think you even now what the word "respect" means. Let alone, intelligence.
Have a nice day sir.
To everybody else, I'm sorry I'm not usually like this. I sincerely hope you fly my company one day as me and my colleagues work our ass off to give everybody a good experience. Unfortunatly that is not always garanteed, but that's the same for any company I think. I thank you

your words.
And I know how to write "to know", with a K. As a non native English speaker. So far comparing your intelligence with mine.

There you go, it's that selective blindness again ... tssss you should get that looked at
They had 4 hours to get their stories sorted, so I'm not the kind of person that usually believes criminals.
Knowing how to write a word does not prove intelligence sir, it's how you use them
Oh and I am also a non-native english speaker
Regi, please leave comments to those who know about aviation and stop arguing about details.
you rely on a comment on someone you saw on TV, we have here people who are directly concerned by the facts.
look Sean, I didn't attack you personally - what you did to me.
I don't like to chase members away.
I am happy that you did not leave. ( you replied several times again, good ) We need input on this forum from all sides.
Anyway, enjoy your flight and your job.
And let us know when we can meet at Ostend Airport when Ryanair will come here again.
For your information: I do work in fact. Some days I am the whole day behind my desk , writing reports, customer support, trouble shooting. In between, Luchtzak is a kind of hobby. Other days, I am in metal working factories all over the world. Taking care of the parts that are used in transportation.

I did not see that person, I heard her voice during the interview.
But I did see the airport spokesman. Is he directly concerned when he said that the airport took care of the coaches instead of Ryanair?
I'm sure these problems could have been prevented or minimzed if:
1) the passengers had been informed before the flight that there's a good chance they would have to divert, but they would be coached to Paris
2) the announcement on board would have been in some other language(s) than Swahili, sorry, Spanish
Ryanair might also want to consider installing video cameras (with voice recording) in their cabins.
I think we all agree the passengers behaved really badly on that flight and that is untolerable.
Some on this forum state that it's good practise for a LCC to deviate to the cheapest airport, even if that airport isn't the most appropriate for the passengers.
Some say Ryanair is misleading and extorts its passengers, some say it's excellent value for money.
Some say that the aircraft was hijacked others claim it wasn't.
Some say Ryanair staff do there best to make their passengers have a comfortable blast thru the skies, others claim they couldn't care less.
