One perk Continental did/does not have is the Economy Plus seating of United. As a frequent flyer on UA I automatically get seated in Economy Plus. The extra 4-5 inches of legroom really makes a difference, especially on long flights. I hope the combined airline keeps Economy Plus.

And after the first new-United B739ER, they now have a B752 in the "new colors".

I have to say that the new cs/title is a grower. The font really is good now!

CO is repainting their aircraft at "high speed". One month after the official merger of United and Continental into United Continental Holdings, there are already 17 aircraft painted in the "new" colors: 1 B735, 8 B738, 1 B739ER, 5 B752, 1 B753 and last but not least 1 B772ER. These are all CO aircraft.

I can't say this is the ugliest paint sheme ever seen, but the original CO paint and the UA paint was much better. :(

they just want the name united on all planes, they don't care about the rest of the livery.
I don't mind, i just want to see the UA white-blue livery with the tulip as long as possible
