Ryanair growth in Belgium ?
When commenting the results of Ryanair for the year 2009-2010, Mr O'Leary said that he expects a growth of Ryanair in Belgium, Spain, and Holland, "where the airline is being offered attractive deals" - and significant cuts in Ireland, because of the Government travel tax.
(by the way, Mr Viseur, mayor of Charleroi, has been denied the Regional authorization to impose a tax on all passengers at CRL).

You're right. The discussions about the amount of piss and vomit that Ryanair passengers would bring to the streets of Bruges must have put him asleep.

OK, but still no news from Ryanair when or if they will start to fly from /Ostend - again.
Could it be that somebody was stupid enough to give them the subsidies already.

i wouldn't be suprised if FR doesn't come due to a handling cost problem.
FR asked for power in-out so no pushback (btw pushbacks cost a lot of money) and if the airport would accept JAF would never just let it happen.
I also doubt flightcare or aviapartner would do the handling

well, seems there is a problem after all:RadarContact wrote:You're right. The discussions about the amount of piss and vomit that Ryanair passengers would bring to the streets of Bruges must have put him asleep.
The problem of piss is so big that the city council has set up a special task force.

Het stadsbestuur van Brugge wil het wildplassen in de uitgaansbuurt aanpakken. Er is een werkgroep "zomerevenementen" in het leven geroepen om de problemen efficiënter aan te pakken.
Just as Arlo Guthrie said ( during a live performance of Alice's Restaurant ) :
- If it is one person ( who obstructs ) : it is a lunatic.
If it are 2, well ,they can think it is a gay couple.
But if it are 3 people, you got a movement.
I am considered the lunatic, but if the city council steps in, it must mean something. ( I skipped the second option
But you can also look at it from the other side.
- One person who disbehaves, OK, quickly forgotten.
2 guys who do it in your mailbox or in front of your children: not nice
A group? That is a problem.

Well, this brings us far away from Ryanair; but to solve the problem of piss, what you have to set up, instead of a task force, is a few urinals and public lavatories.regi wrote: The problem of piss is so big that the city council has set up a special task force.
Urinating is a natural neeed, and if there is no place to do it, people will do it anywhere.
In Brussels, after years of crying over that problem, they eventually have set up a few urinals in the city center and it works rather well.
Is it necessary to be a Nobel Prize winner to think of that ?
