OO-JAA is scheduled to arrive in Brussels at 10u20 local time this Thursday, 20th of May as JAF222P from KMZJ (Marana - Pinal Air Park) via CYYR (Goose Bay).
Nice to see how JAF is keeping to evolve to a very young and efficient fleet!
Slightly offtopic, but not worth opening up a new topic: today I saw OO-JBG back in full JAF colors, being towed from the Tech4Jets area to one of the approns.

Arrived such on May 6 from Canada, so was already repainted with JAF titles overthere before her ferry back
Since when is it possible to have a registration that was already in use in the past?
In the Belgian Aircraft Register you can see that there was a Boeing 727 with registration OO-JAA
I though that once a registration is created it is dedicated to an airframe and cannot be re-used.

Thanks for the compliment, Concordino.
I'm happy to enjoy the visual beauty of aircraft, but otherwise I am usually not very preoccupied about the registration or about the specifics of an aircraft type.
