Ash in plane engine found at OST
Hi,
FROM THE VRT-BELGIUM NEWS HOMEPAGE
http://www.deredactie.be/cm/vrtnieuws/b ... _Vliegtuig
Ashes found in cargo-plane that flown through the grey zone, landed in OST,minimal engine damage,
plane grounded for further research !
Just bad luck, incalculated by the carriers,a trend ???
Hope this isn't repeating because governments will close aerospaces a lot quicker again..

Re: Ash in plane engine found at OST
My questions are:
Can it be detected if the ashes came into the engines during the flight MSE - OST?
Was the plane checked at MSE?
When did it arrive at MSE?
What was its previous flight?

It came from MST not MSEworldspotter wrote:My questions are:

But since Belgium & the Netherlands are in the grey area with restrictions I think that inspections are mandatory before and after a flight. So I assume it was inspected before it took of at MST.
