Could someone gave us a complete and clear explanation of the SNBA's financial situation?

With Load factors, yields, cash flow, and so on...?

Regards,

Benjamin

If you go on http://www.aea.be you'll be able to see the evolution of SNBA's loadfactor in comparison with other european carriers.

You can also get SNBA's year report on http://www.flysn.be

:) In fact if you see the numbers of AEA you can clearly distinguish "hub" airlines from point-to-point airlines. It does not come as a surprise that Finnair or Luxair post the same load factor than SNBA, these airlines basically rely on their home market. KLM, Swiss and BA rely a lot in transit traffic. It should not be forgotten that transit traffic generally provides lower yields...and lower aircraft productivity...(waves of flights)
therefore, as SNBA seems only to have 20% of its traffic transferring in BRU, it is normal that its loadfactor floats around 54%...in the current economic situation. So, pehaps, this should keep being interpreted as a encouraging sign: SNBA is not underperforming in the current economic situation.
