Does anyone know which SN-routes are flown with the B737?

My god where shall we start?
LHR, CDG, TXL, GVA, MAD, BCN, FCO, ATH,AGP, OPO, LIS, FAO, NCE, KRK, CAT, PMO, PMI

I'm sure i forgot a few... Some of these are always served by B737's, others sometimes.

Tell me if I'm wrong. But I think that from 19 April you can find also on Mondays and Tuesdays 7 daily flights.

During the summer season, Brussels Airlines will add a 4th weekly frequency between Brussels Airport and Sevilla (on Thursday).

That's quite a good news. It seems they don't feel so much the competition of Ryanair on that route

It's the same with the flights to AGP. They are performing quite good.
16 flights a week during summer season.

It seems like CO is going to continue CO060/061 from and to Houston as well. I am looking for a vacation in Vegas and was looking for some flights. The away flight to Vegas was quite normal (BRU-EWR-LAS), but the return flight got routed via IAH (LAS-IAH-BRU).

At first I thought it was a new route on 762, but I saw 'Time on the ground in Newark will be approximately 1h20' (or so) hours, involves equipment change in Newark, so it probaby is the same situation as UA to LAS.

Indeed, Amadeus also gives CO60 direct IAH-BRU with 1 stop.

Yes, I checked again on a random date in July and 7 flights appear on Mondays and Tuesdays as well.

Possibly the precursor of a future non-stop HOU-BRU then?

After all, it's how UA did it on ORD and given the fact BRU is going to be an important hub for for STAR, notably towards Africa, it wouldn't surprise me to see CO operate such a non-stop flight from their main Southern hub, thus linking HOU through one stop with the many oil/minaral destinations SN is serving on the coast of West- and Central-Afica...

Also, didn't CO recently said they would focus on BRU iso AMS for future expansion, thus pointing out BRU is quite high on their watch list?

As CO recently swapped from Skyteam to STAR, they must know better than anybody else just how lucrative AFI traffic is to them; they've been able to feed into AF's network for years, so my bet is they'd want to do the same on SN, if possible not just from EWR.

For the US carriers, BRU is the best European Star hub to connect their network with AFI. UA and CO must know this. Altough the Belgian market stays a difficult one. But I think this is the start for a non-stop flight from HOU to BRU, with very important connections to AFI with SN. I think a non-stop route will start end 2010 or summer 2011, I don't think it will be much later.

Probably. I guess they'll see how much IAH originated traffic goes on to BRU. They start by using a 762 on the route from IAH to EWR, that's rather large equipment for a domestic flight, but then again, it is a flight between two (mega)hubs of CO.

CO (Kellner) didn't particularly mention BRU, but said they'd focus on Star Alliance hubs in Europe i.s.o. Amsterdam (amongst others), but I guess BRU will grow in importance to CO anyway...

Maybe UA is testing Las Vegas as well? Although I don't see much traffic between BRU and LAS, esp. no high-yielding traffic, to warrant a direct flight.

Like someone with alot of info about CO said on A.net: the focus in the codeshare between CO and SN will be on Africa. Pretty good news for SN, no doubt...

It will probably be the next BRU related step CO will take, after the second daily EWR flight.

Although it is not a direct flight and requires an equip. change in IAD, you might add LAS as a new desination as well?

I know there is some discussion about wether you can call these kind of flights truly new flights, but UA advertises it as a new route from BRU, so we might do the same...

We could always add a category '"tag-ons", which would include the LAS portion on UA BRU-IAD and the IAH portion on CO EWR-BRU?

From 1 April, Corendon will stationate 1 aircraft in BRU. It will be a Boeing 737-300 with 148 seats. It will operate 15 weekly flights between Belgium and Antalya, Bodrum and Izmir. It's the first Corendon aircraft to get his base in Belgium.
Research by Corendon showed that the Belgian people has high demands on his holiday vacations where good service, value for money and above all convenient departure times are extremely important. The last is the most important reason for Corendon to reservate 1 aircraft completley for the Belgian market.

If Corendon should be an answer to the demand of Belgian customers for good service, it seems that the opinion of customers on Ciao.de is irrelevant.

http://reisen.ciao.de/Erfahrungsbericht ... L__2137306

same same on tripadvisor.

http://www.tripadvisor.com/Search?q=cor ... ur=&ssrc=r

Good thing for us Belgians:
more jobs. shorter travel time, departure from Brussels.

I am curious to read he customers' opinions in the section airline experiences within some months.
